Installing and joining
In order to install and join the product it is recommended to apply service center with the firm certificate that renders service to Beko techniques. You may also apply to any other firm having a certificate for such kind of service; at this case you mustn’t forget that incorrect joining may deprive you from free of charge services:
- Warranty includes free realization of spare parts and their changing;
- All maintenance is carried out in the service centre during warranty time;
- Service center undertakes to repair the product within 30 working days after receiving it.
- Producer shall not bear responsibility for the damage occurred because of not observing installing and exploitation norm. Consumer may use all the rights that were issued to him by legislation.
- Products having three contact network forks have to be connected to the ground.
- All the repair problems are carried out on customer’s account for the indisposition when the consumption rules mentioned in instruction are not used properly.
- It is provided to the maintenance to the products periodically, washing them after becoming dirty, cleaning and regulating works, cleaning audio and video headings.
- Remote control panels, accumulator batteries, parts made from glass and plastic are not included into the warranty.
- According to the warranty terms and conditions sold product is not changed and returned.
- If the guarantee coupon is lost then the warranty coupon is considered null and void.
ATTENTION
- When receiving the product from seller, you must be sure whether warranty coupon of BEKO sale centre has been fully fulfilled by the trade company.
- The Warranty coupon must be read carefully and the customer must certify by his signature that he accepted its terms and conditions.
- Opening packages of the goods that needed to be installed by the Service must only be carried out by competent service supervisors.
- Before calling a specialist from BEKO service centre it is recommended to read consumption instruction well. If the product is useful then service centre has right to require payment for unnecessary call.
- If the model. series number were cleaned on the warranty coupon or other changes were done then that product is not included into the guarantee.
Guarantee is not included into indispositions that occurred upon below mentioned cases:
- If there occur stranger’s interference;
- If constructive changes are done to the product without consulting producer, as well as when details that not mentioned in consumption instruction and technical documents;
- If it is observed that electric, gas and water supply parameters become more extra than the norm;
- If natural disaster occurs;
- If there occur indispositions as a result of falling other things, parts, fuels and insects into the product;
